Conducting on-site diagnostic surveys using tools like thermal imaging, Ultrasonic Thickness Guage testing, Rebound Hammer test, etc to do the root cause analysis and to prepare detailed technical reports recommending the system solution strategies.
Part 1
- Site inspection with thermal imaging,
- Analysis of waterproofing requirements and repairs
- System selection, value engineering, Preparation of detailed technical reports, Tender Documents
- Preparation/ review of BOQ, method statement, shop drawings
- Product suggestion and report submission.
Part 2
- Full time Supervision to ensure quality control and certification of waterproofing
- Vetting the shop drawings and method statements and vendor evaluation
- Checking of the products delivered & used by the contractor
- Maintaining the checklist of execution and submission of weekly reports.
