At SIWIN, we believe there is a need for unbiased waterproofing consultants to design the right system for the structures and to ensure quality control during application. As of today we have provided consultancy services in waterproofing for various new projects as well as existing buildings for both private and govt sector clients.

Our consultancy services are built on technical rigor and engineering integrity. Our scope as waterproofing consultants include Site Inspection and Designing of waterproofing systems, Preparation of Shop drawings, Method statements, BOQ, Tendering and Applicator evaluation and onboarding the applicator, as the 1st part of the consultancy services.
We provide supervision during the execution of the waterproofing system as the 2nd part of our consultancy services to ensure that the waterproofing systems are applied following the correct procedure. Since waterproofing is always an applicator’s job, we believe quality control supervision plays an important role in ensuring leak-free structures.
Quality Assurance & Supervision
Offering continuous site monitoring, consumption audits, and rigorous quality supervision. For this, we utilize on-site Non-Destructive Tests, to check the thickness of membranes using specialized instruments like Ultrasonic thickness gauge testing machines, pressure test, Hook Test, Holiday Detection Test etc.
