Founded in 2021, SIWIN is a CIDC - govt of India approved organisation, India’s one of its kind of Institute providing courses on waterproofing and Construction Chemicals and providing waterproofing consultancy services. SIWIN began with a bold, singular mission: to bridge the growing skill gap in the construction industry, with a special focus on waterproofing and Construction chemicals. What started as a small, focused training initiative has rapidly evolved into a Centre of Excellence that now offers end-to-end technical training, professional certification, and expert consultancy services across India.
In addition to the affiliation with CIDC, An autonomous body under Planning Commission (Niti Ayog), Government of India, SIWIN as an institute has various national and international affiliations including Australian Institute of Waterproofing, IIT madras, ACCE, ICI etc to name a few.
Under the visionary leadership of Mr. Sudish Subramanian, a Civil Engineer with over 35+ years of global experience in waterproofing system design and execution, SIWIN has become a trusted national partner for both technical learning and consultancy services in the built environment sector.
